I switch my Management style in different situations, I am a Servant Leader and always give preference to my Team Members and I believe if the Team is in my confidence then I can achieve any Goal. I switch My style to Democratic when as a team we have to make some decisions.

2. How do you motivate your team members to achieve their best performance?
Answers :
Whenever we achieve small goals we celebrate and give appreciation in Daily Standup, Retrospections. I create a Growth plan for them and together we create small goals to achieve, when Team Members have a clear growth plan they feel motivated to achieve that. Show them the Bigger picture of the Organization’s long-term goals to make them understand the benefits of achieving those Goals.
3. Can you provide an example of a challenging situation you faced as a manager and how you handled it?
Answers :
I was working on a project where the timeline was important and we kept getting Change Requests from Client/Management.
In this situation, I took the lead and talked with the Product Manager, gave him resource availability, and prioritized the task by using the MoSCoW Prioritization Method, communicated the deadlines with management.
This gives us a clear road map to achieve the Tasks.
4. How do you prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively as a manager?
Answers :
I use the MoSCoW prioritization method or Urgency Matrix to prioritize the Task.
Moscow: Must have, Should have Could have, and won't have.
